We collect information necessary to provide enterprise management services, including user identity, employee attendance records, GPS geofencing coordinates for verified office presence, leave requests, and procurement transaction logs.

2. Use of Location & Geofencing Data

GPS location is captured solely during deliberate user-initiated check-in and check-out events to verify physical presence within authorized office geofences (e.g. 50-meter radius). Continuous tracking is never performed.

3. Data Protection & Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS cryptographic protocols and stored in protected enterprise databases with role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logging.
