2. User Authentication & Responsibilities

Authorized staff and registered users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any activity conducted under your authenticated account is logged and audited for accountability.

3. Accurate Attendance & Operations Reporting

Attendance records, procurement bids, and leave applications submitted through this system must be accurate and truthful. Falsification of GPS location or attendance data violates organizational policies.

4. System Availability & Modifications

We strive for uninterrupted platform uptime, though scheduled maintenance and security patches may occur. Management reserves the right to update operational policies as required.
